 Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds ships orders only to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

If a customer provides a U.S. address belonging to a freight forwarder, fulfillment center, package forwarding service, export company, reshipping service, or other third party for the purpose of forwarding the order to another address or country, our responsibility for delivery is limited to the original U.S. shipping address provided on the order.

Once the carrier confirms delivery to the U.S. shipping address provided at checkout, the order will be considered delivered by us.

We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, additional shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, customs seizures, agricultural or phytosanitary restrictions, prohibited imports, or other problems that occur after the order has been delivered to the customer's designated U.S. address and subsequently forwarded or exported by a third party.

Customers are solely responsible for determining whether the products they purchase may legally be imported, possessed, or transported into their destination country and for complying with all applicable customs, agricultural, import, and quarantine requirements.

We do not guarantee that seeds, plants, or other agricultural products can legally be imported into another country simply because the customer uses a U.S. shipping address.

Orders forwarded internationally through a third party are not eligible for a return or refund due solely to problems occurring during or after the subsequent forwarding or international shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

By placing an order using a freight forwarder, fulfillment center, reshipping service, or other third-party delivery address, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
