Special-Order & Shipping Policy
Special-Order Products — Please Read Before Ordering
This item is a special-order product that we purchase specifically for you from our supplier after your order is placed.
Because these products are ordered specifically to fulfill your purchase, all special-order sales are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once the order has been submitted to our supplier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Please carefully review the variety, quantity, seed type, and product information before placing your order.
If we are unable to obtain or fulfill your special-order item, we will contact you and provide an applicable refund.
By purchasing a special-order item, you acknowledge and agree to these special-order terms.
Special-Order Processing Time
Special-order products generally take approximately 4–5 business days to arrive from our supplier.
Once we receive the product from our supplier, orders are typically processed and shipped to the customer within an additional 1–2 business days.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for the overall process when necessary, as supplier availability, carrier transportation, weekends, holidays, weather, and other circumstances may affect timing.
Because these products are ordered specifically for you, special orders cannot be canceled once we have submitted the order to our supplier.

Canada Customs, Duties & Import Requirements
Canadian customers are responsible for determining whether the seeds they purchase may legally be imported into Canada and whether any permits, certificates, duties, taxes, tariffs, inspections, or other requirements apply.
Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, inspection fees, brokerage charges, or other governmental fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds cannot control customs, agricultural inspections, quarantine requirements, or other actions taken by Canadian governmental authorities.
Unless specifically agreed to by Trailing Petunia in writing, we do not provide, obtain, prepare, or arrange phytosanitary certificates, import permits, customs clearance, agricultural permits, quarantine documentation, export documentation, or other specialized international documentation.
International Special Orders
International special-order sales, including orders shipped to Canada, are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the products they purchase comply with the import and agricultural requirements of their destination.
If an international shipment is delayed, held, rejected, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise restricted by customs, agricultural, quarantine, postal, or governmental authorities, Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds is not responsible for those actions or resulting charges, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds may, at our sole discretion, choose to provide a full or partial refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution when we determine that circumstances warrant it.
Providing an exception in one situation does not require us to provide the same exception in another situation.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Shipping and delivery times can vary.
For special-order products, we generally expect the product to arrive from our supplier within approximately 4–5 business days, followed by approximately 1–2 business days for us to process and ship the order.
Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for special-order products when necessary.
After an order leaves our facility, delivery times are controlled by USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or other applicable postal and transportation networks.
Weather, holidays, customs processing, agricultural inspections, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our control may result in additional transit time.
Canadian orders may require additional time for customs processing.
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for applicable shipments.
Shipping labels and tracking information are generally created after we receive the special-order merchandise from our supplier and prepare the customer's order for shipment.
Tracking information will begin updating after USPS or UPS accepts and scans the package into its network.
For Canadian shipments, tracking information may subsequently be updated through Canada Post or another applicable postal network after the shipment enters Canada.
We cannot control when postal carriers scan packages or update their tracking systems.
Packages Marked Delivered
If USPS, UPS, Canada Post, or another applicable carrier records your package as delivered, but you cannot locate it, please contact the applicable local postal office or carrier.
The carrier may have additional delivery information that can help determine where the package was delivered.
Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier has recorded successful delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Stock & Supplier Availability
Special-order products are subject to supplier availability.
If an item becomes unavailable or our supplier is unable to fulfill the product after you place your order, we will notify you.
If we cannot obtain the item, an applicable refund will be issued for the unavailable product.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and other required information before completing your purchase.
Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds ships orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
If an order is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to have the order shipped again.
Freight Forwarders & Third-Party Reshipping
Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds ships orders only to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
If a customer provides a U.S. address belonging to a freight forwarder, fulfillment center, package-forwarding service, export company, reshipping service, or other third party for the purpose of subsequently forwarding the merchandise to another address or country, our responsibility for delivery is limited to the original U.S. shipping address provided with the order.
Once the carrier confirms delivery to the U.S. shipping address provided at checkout, the original shipment will be considered delivered.
Delivery to a U.S. freight forwarder, fulfillment center, reshipping company, or other U.S. address does not constitute approval, authorization, representation, or certification by Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds that the merchandise may legally be exported from the United States or imported into another country.
Customers and/or the parties arranging subsequent international shipments are responsible for determining and complying with applicable export, import, customs, agricultural, quarantine, phytosanitary, and documentation requirements.
Trailing Petunia Bulk Seeds is not responsible for loss, damage, delays, additional shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, customs seizures, agricultural restrictions, prohibited imports, or other problems occurring after an order has been delivered to the customer's designated U.S. address and subsequently forwarded or exported by a third party, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Orders subsequently forwarded internationally through a third party are not eligible for a return or refund solely because of problems occurring during or after the subsequent forwarding or international shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
By placing an order using a freight forwarder, fulfillment center, reshipping service, or other third-party delivery address, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
