Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after item is received from supplier. Orders cannot be cancelled as these are custom orders from supplier so we have to custom order the items for you most of the time takes 4 to 5 days to get it.

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • Cost: $7.00 for the first item; all additional items ship free when added to the cart.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $65 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Packaging: Items are shipped in boxes or bubble envelopes to protect them during transit.

We are shipping again to Canada

  • Cost:

    Canada shipping starts at $14.95 for orders $0-$149

    $16.95 USD for orders $150-$300

    $18.95 USD for orders $301-$500

    $21.95 USD for orders $501 or more

    We try to base this on package weight going to different provinces. We are not liable for import duty fees from customs or taxes these are payed for by the buyer as we cannot control customs.


Delivery Issues

  • If USPS or UPS marks an item as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. We are not liable for items once they are in USPS’s possession or UPS

Shipping Time

  • Shipping times can vary, Generally, we aim to have your seeds delivered to us within 4 to 5 days then we will ship out to you but please allow up to 1 to 2 weeks for items as these are a custom order. Shipping time is subject to USPS or UPS processing and delays that we cannot control. Canada orders may take longer as we cannot control if customs holds them.

Label and Tracking

  • Labels are printed once payment is confirmed and when we receive the item from our supplier. You will see the item’s tracking information once USPS or UPS scans it into their network. Items may be tracked into Canada but we are not held liable if item is not scanned we cannot control this.

Stock Issues

  • If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and refund you for that item.

Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

  • Shipments to Canada are routed through a USPS distribution center in California. You can track your package throughout its journey. We are not liable for import duty fees from customs or taxes these are payed for by the buyer as we cannot control customs. Or if items are lost in the mail
