If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our refund policy outlined below:
1. Return Window: Orders cannot be cancelled as these are custom orders from supplier so we have to custom order the items for you. These are from supplier so do you research on starting your seeds. We are not liable if they don't grow for you they are fresh straight from supplier.
2. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is shipped back protected, similar to how it was originally shipped to you.
3. Refund Conditions: Upon receiving the returned item in good condition, we will process a refund minus the original shipping cost. No refunds on these item they are custom order from supplier.
4. Delivery Issues: If USPS or UPS indicates that an item was delivered, but you did not receive it, we are not held liable. Please contact your local post office to investigate the issue.
5. Seed Storage: Proper storage of seeds is crucial. If you are purchasing seeds early to plant later, ensure you research the best storage practices. We are not responsible for any issues related to improper storage after the seeds have been shipped.
6. Post-Shipping Control: Once we have shipped your order, we cannot control what happens during transit. Please ensure you track and manage the delivery process.
